You have discovered the Hafernik Family Genealogy Database and Website. This site is dedicated to the past and present members of the Hafernik family, which has its roots in Moravia (now part of the Czech Republic and Slovakia). Current day family members have been identified in the US, the UK, France, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The website is in its third generation, but still under construction (and probably always will be). At this time, 752 persons involved in 300 marriages are listed in the database with the earliest records dating back to the 1600's. Later, extensive written material, photos, scans of documents and other material will be available. If this is something that interests you, check back later to see improvements as they are made.
